  • BE TULUM

  • NEST TULUM

Puebla

My love for Puebla started 7 years ago with a 28 days trip I took to learn the art of Talavera. Talavera its a denomination by origen ceramic with a mayólica style . At that time my desire for food was almost all for street food, and at one point I was so secure to say that Puebla had the soul in Mexican cuisine…well pretty close. I know know that the soul of Mexican cuisine is everywhere in Mexico but that’s another conversation… Let’s focus on Puebla.

  • LA PURIFICADORA, this hotel has been my home every time I’m in Puebla. The architecture is by Legorreta , one of my favorite Mexican architects. If you can stay in the suite mayor, trust me , it’s amazing.

  • ROSEWOOD, of course rosewood, On my last trip to Puebla I stayed here for a week and the service, food, and the design is just perfect. I think this place has my favorite bed to sleep in ever. Did I mention the service ???
